What Do You Eat for Breakfast?
My friend Kim dropped in to see me when she came to Vancouver last summer. She has an amazing story of remission from MS/Lyme that I will share with you soon, but here is what we had for breakfast for those wondering what a relatively simple breakfast might be for those with food sensitivities.
Cereal with Sprouted/dehydrated buckwheat groats, mulberries, raspberries, nectarines, and coconut milk made fresh from young Thai coconuts
Sunflower seed/Buckwheat Waffles with various fruit toppings, Asian sweet potatoes, Avocados
Special mention: Mulberries from a friend Strawberry jam homemade by my sister.
